LRSD Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
RETURNS
Return requests must be made within thirty (30) days from the shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
Certain products or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before returning any product to confirm return eligibility and receive return instructions.

After your return request has been approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to:

Please do not return any product without first contacting us for return authorization and instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEES
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees unless the return is due to an error by LRSD Air Compressor, such as receiving an incorrect product or part.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. LRSD Air Compressor is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return requirements.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

If LRSD Air Compressor shipped the wrong product or part, our technical support team will review the issue. Once the error is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and arranging the replacement.
For verified shipping errors caused by LRSD Air Compressor, LRSD Air Compressor will be responsible for the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.
Returned products must be unused and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
Delivery times for replacement products may vary depending on the customer's location and product availability.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at lrsd@lrsdac.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect item.
We will review the information and provide further instructions.
HIGH-VALUE RETURNS
For items valued at more than $800, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are shipped without tracking.
