For most industrial screw air compressors:

Initial Maintenance: 500 hours
Replace oil filter
Replace air filter

2000-hour Maintenance
Replace oil
Replace oil filter
Replace air filter
Replace oil separator

Subsequent maintenance every 2000–4000 hours, depending on the oil grade.

If your machine is an LRSD screw air compressor and uses the matching ISO VG 46 screw compressor oil, it is recommended that:

Under normal operating conditions: Change the oil every 2000 hours or 1 year (whichever comes first).

Under high temperature, high dust, or continuous operation conditions: Reduce the interval to 1500–2000 hours.
